LAKE ANNA PLAZA OWNER'S ASSOCIATION (LAPOA)

Lake Anna Plaza is a waterfront townhome development located on the south side of the lake at the 208 bridge. The development was begun in 1999 and it has matured to 60 homes. We have a mix of permanent residents, weekend residents and owners who rent their units. The development is a project of the Blount Family Partnership.

The purpose of the Lake Anna Plaza Owner's Association (LAPOA) is to ensure the viability and future of the Lake Anna Plaza development. We attempt to represent and protect the interests of the property owners.
